The second bedroom, located upstairs, has another comfortable king-size bed. You can enjoy a 55" Smart TV and a closet for your storage needs. Every bedroom has ceiling fans and charging stations on each nightstand. This bedroom shares the upstairs bathroom with the bunk room. This bathroom has a shower and tub.

The third upstairs bedroom is ideal for kids! With its bright decor and two sets of twin bunk beds, the little ones will be comfortable and sleep soundly. Conveniently located downstairs, the fourth bedroom features a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and a 42" Smart TV. This bedroom has access to the main shared downstairs bathroom, which includes both a bathtub and a shower.

The beautiful and spacious living room offers comfort and style. It is furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a swivel chair, providing ample seating for relaxation. A 65" Smart TV enhances your movie nights at the beach house. The television console is stocked with board games for all ages, as well as coloring books, storybooks, and puzzles, ensuring that no one will ever be bored!

The dining area seats eight people comfortably and showcases lovely coastal charm, making it perfect for family meals. Additionally, there is extra seating at the kitchen island, which comes with three counter-height bar stools.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Key amenities include a duo coffee maker, a blender, an air fryer, a crockpot, a toaster, and an ample supply of pots and pans. A large pantry closet is available for stocking up for long beach days. A beach cooler, tumblers, and koozies are also provided for your convenience at the beach.

Outside, you will find a screened-in porch with dining for eight. A propane grill is ready for your favorite cookout meals. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing while taking in the beautiful water view. Adjacent to the porch is a gas fire pit with seating for four. An outdoor shower is also available to rinse off after a full day at the beach.

Coastal Haven is stocked with all your beach day necessities. You will have access to two umbrellas, eight beach chairs, a wagon, a rolling cooler, a large supply of beach toys, and plenty of beach towels to make your beach trip unforgettable! For an additional fee, you can rent a six-seater golf cart for use around the neighborhood.

Other amenities offered at Coastal Haven include hair dryers in all bathrooms, additional fans in each bedroom, an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer, a steamer, and a vacuum. A pack-and-play and stroller are also provided for your little ones. Each bathroom is also stocked with refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your stay. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a bottle of champagne and a starter set of basic supplies, including toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee pods, sweeteners, basic spices, and laundry pods.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS
The Spalding family resides in Bardstown, Kentucky. Together 30 years, Jody and Karen are high school sweethearts. They are the proud parents of five children: Megan, Ginny, Sara, Ryan, and Jackson. We recently welcomed a new son-in-law, Eric. They are very proud of their pups, Winnie, Marley and Rosie. Jody and Karen own and operate a freight brokerage company based in Bardstown, 5K Logistics. As a family, they love to hang out with each other, watch sporting events, and cheer on their Kentucky Wildcats! The Coastal Haven is truly a dream come true for the Spalding family. They look forward to making many, many memories in Port St. Joe and are very excited to share their coastal haven with you!
